We offer a 72-hours return policy, allowing you 72 hours from the date of receiving your item to request a return.
To qualify for a return, your item must be in its original condition – unworn or unused, with tags, and in the original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

Inspect your order upon reception. If you find the item defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately so that we can address the issue promptly.
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, gases, sale items, and gift cards. If you have concerns about a specific item, please contact us for clarification.
For a quick exchange, return the item and, once accepted, make a separate purchase for the desired item.
If the merchandise is shipped to any Indian Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 30 days, without providing a justification. The conditions for return are the same as mentioned above.
We will notify you upon receiving and inspecting your return. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Keep in mind that your bank or Credit Card Company may require additional time to process and post the refund. We proudly offer free insured shipping for all orders, ensuring your items reach you securely. Please note the following details regarding our shipping process:
Order processing typically takes 12-24 hours before shipment. Once your item is dispatched, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be updated by our shipping partners.

Urban areas: 1-3 days
State Capitals: 1-4 days
Same State: 1-4 days
Rest of India: 4-7 days
It takes 1 business day to process your order after confirmation, irrespective of the selected shipping option at checkout. We operate Monday through Saturday, excluding weekends and holidays. While we cannot guarantee Saturday delivery, even with express shipping, rest assured we will process orders promptly.
Upon shipping, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link. Please allow up to 48 hours to receive this shipping confirmation email. We strive to keep you updated throughout the process.
Inaccurate or incomplete addresses, along with unverified details, may extend processing by an additional 1-2 business days. We urge customers to review shipping and billing information thoroughly before checkout to avoid any potential delays.
Your package may or may not require a signature. While most packages are delivered to the front door. We recommend providing a shipping address where someone is available to accept the package, such as a work address or that of a friend.
